Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Faculty member, located in Monrovia.
The faculty member will be responsible for creating and delivering curriculum, providing instruction
in information technology and computer science, developing teaching materials, and contributing to
the continuous improvement of the program and as well as teaching. Additional responsibilities
include mentoring students, assessing their progress, and participating in departmental meetings and
activities to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications
 Proficiency in Information Technology and Computer Science
 Strong Analytical Skills
 Experience in Curriculum Development
 Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles and practices
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to engage students and foster a positive learning environment
 Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
 Prior teaching experience at a higher education institution is a plus
 3-7 years of experience in information technology or computer science education
 Prior teaching experience at a higher education institution
