Faculty Recruitment – MBA & BBA Department

BlueCrest University Liberia is seeking dynamic, qualified, and dedicated faculty members to join our Department of Business Administration for our MBA and BBA programs.

We are looking for professionals who are passionate about teaching, research, innovation, and student development.

Qualifications

🎓 Master’s degree (MBA) in Business Administration or a related field (minimum requirement).
🎓 Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline (added advantage).
👨‍🏫 University-level teaching experience is preferred.
📚 Relevant industry experience and research publications will be an added advantage.
🗣️ Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Teach undergraduate and postgraduate business courses.
✅ Prepare course materials and conduct student assessments.
✅ Mentor and guide students throughout their academic journey.
✅ Participate in curriculum development, research, and other academic activities.
✅ Contribute to the University’s quality assurance and accreditation initiatives.
