Position Title: Senior Administrative Officer
Department: Administration / Operations Support
Reports To: Department Manager / Head of Administration
Purpose of the Role:
To oversee and coordinate the daily administrative operations of the department, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient support to management and staff, and adherence to organizational policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise day-to-day administrative functions, including documentation, scheduling, and correspondence.

Coordinate communication between departments, management, and external stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain reports, records, and operational data to support decision-making.

Oversee office systems, supplies, maintenance, and vendor management.

Support HR or Training activities such as staff onboarding, attendance, and scheduling.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Assist in budget tracking, procurement, and expense control for administrative operations.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Support management in planning meetings, projects, and audits.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

4–8 years of administrative or operations experience (including supervisory level).

Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
